Central Warehouse: no invoices shown in 'Export invoices'

Some general notes on using the

Problem


When starting the Control Center in Order/to be processed/CW Central Admin/Export invoices no invoices are shown, to be exported, while new invoices where printed recently.


Solutions

  • First process any previous CW transactions in Order/to be processed/CW Central Admin/Export changes and Export delivery notes
  • Check if the sales invoices are actually printed 'finally' and exist in sales invoice history
  • Use the option 'send again' in the Control Centre
  • Is the invoice actually linked to a sales order created by CW ?
  • Is it the right debtor (linked to CW sales company) ?
